We do not ask for payment details, government identifiers or sensitive information.
3. How we use it
- To run the website, the User Area and the game, and to deliver offers and promotions you claim.
- To answer your messages and send service emails, such as sign-in links.
- With your consent, to understand how the website is used and to measure advertising.
- To prevent fraud and abuse, including duplicate offer claims.
We send marketing emails only if you opt in, and every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, as required by the Spam Act 2003 (Cth).
4. Advertising measurement
If you accept cookies, we may share limited information with advertising partners (such as Google and Meta) to measure campaign results. Where we share an email address for this purpose, it is hashed (converted into an irreversible code) before it leaves your browser or our systems, and only after you have given consent.
5. Disclosure and overseas storage
We use trusted service providers for hosting, email delivery and analytics. Some are located outside Australia, including in the United States and the European Union. We take reasonable steps to ensure they handle personal information consistently with the APPs. We do not sell personal information.
6. Security and retention
We protect personal information with access controls and encryption in transit. Sign-in links are single-use and expire shortly after they are sent. We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above, then delete or de-identify it.
7. Your rights
You can ask to access or correct your personal information, or ask us to delete your account. Contact us through our contact form. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) at oaic.gov.au.
