1. About these terms
These terms apply to your use of supernicewins.com (the “website”), pre-registration for SuperNiceWins: Neon City (the “game”), the User Area and any Welcome Offer or promotion we run. By using the website you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.
2. Eligibility and accounts
- You must provide a valid email address that you control to create a User Area account.
- If you are under 18, you need permission from a parent or guardian to create an account.
- One account per person. You are responsible for keeping access to your email account secure, because sign-in links are sent there.
- We may suspend accounts used for fraud, abuse, automated sign-ups or attempts to claim an offer more than once.
3. The game
SuperNiceWins: Neon City is a free-to-play arcade game played in a web browser. Features, districts, characters, modes, events and dates described on the website reflect our current plans and may change before or after launch. We may update, pause or retire parts of the game to fix issues, improve balance or keep it fun and fair.
4. Welcome Offer and promotions
- The pre-registration Welcome Offer (5,000 Spark Crystals, the Max Mallard character, the Big Red rocket skin, 3 Turbo Boosts, 5 Crosswalk Shields, the Neon City Starter Guide and a Founder profile badge) is free and limited to one per person and account.
- It is delivered in three drops on day 1, day 3 and day 7 after launch. Each drop is collected by signing in to your User Area.
- Other bonuses, promotions and event prizes are described in the game or on the website, together with any conditions and end dates.
- We may amend or end an offer or promotion where required by law, to prevent abuse, or for reasons beyond our reasonable control. Items already delivered to your account are not removed except in cases of abuse.
5. Spark Crystals and in-game items
Spark Crystals, characters, skins, power-ups, badges and other in-game items give you a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to use them inside the game. They have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for cash or any real-world goods, and cannot be sold, traded or transferred to another account.
6. Fair play
Do not cheat, exploit bugs, use bots or unauthorised software, harass other players, or interfere with the game or the website. Leaderboard results achieved unfairly may be removed.
7. Intellectual property
The SuperNiceWins name, logo, the Nice Crew characters (including Max Mallard, Big Gus, Nugget and Sonny Shades), artwork, text and code are owned by or licensed to us. You may not copy, modify or reuse them without our written permission, other than sharing screenshots of your own gameplay for personal, non-commercial use.
8. Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy you have under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth), including the Australian Consumer Law, that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that, the website and game are provided “as is” and, to the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
9. Privacy
We handle personal information in line with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
10. Changes and governing law
We may update these terms from time to time; the date above shows the latest version. Continued use after a change means you accept it. These terms are governed by the laws of Australia and the courts of Australia have jurisdiction.
